KingSung Academy Course begins! 

The "17th Preliminary Training Course of Microsurgery" held by KingSung Academy was successfully held in Tianjin on November 23, 2019. This training invited famous experts in microsurgery and a number of senior sales professionals engaged in surgical product business to teach. A total of 30 people participated in the training, including sales staff in KingSung Medical surgical dept, agents, surgical research and development staff, quality inspection staff, and marketing staff. After two days of training, not only did everyone have a macroscopic understanding of microsurgery, but also gained a certain understanding of the microsurgery product "microvascular anastomotic device” through theory and practice course.

On the first day of the course, a very ceremonial training session was held. After the training ceremony, a placement test of the surgical basics was conducted. The main purpose of the placement test was to make the trainees fully understand their current knowledge shortcomings, and urge the trainees to effectively invest in the learning of each module in subsequent training.

Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth.

In the afternoon of the first day of training, the trainees were divided into 4 groups in order to make the trainees experience the magic of the microsurgery coupler by themselves. The instructors of Yu Qingtian, Lu Yating, and Wang Chunyan conducted product hands-on exercises. From correct dressing and gloves, to connecting blood vessels with coupler under the guidance of the lecturers, the trainees learned seriously, and practiced hard. Specialized laboratory configuration also provided a good learning atmosphere for practical operations.

November 24th was the last day of this training. In the morning, Teacher Yu Qingtian explained in detail how to correctly measure the diameter of arteries and veins, common causes of failure, and the process of reporting failure cases. In order to verify the degree of students' learning and mastery, we organized a "chicken leg operation" assessment and a theoretical assessment at the end of the training. For those students who have listened carefully, performed well, and passed the assessment, KingSung medical issued a certificate of completion to give them recognition and encouragement. In the afternoon, two teachers, Lu Yating and Wang Chunyan (Senior Sales Staff), shared how to set up the stage and product introduction and explanations of the clip. The clip would be the main product of KingSung Medical in the year of 2019.

The 17th Preliminary Training Course of Microsurgery was successfully carried out.
