The first Traumatic Orthopedic Forum and the new Progress Seminar on the treatment of fractures around the knuckle at Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, was inaugurated at 8am. On June 10. This meeting focused on the new progress of treatment on fractures around knuckle and exchanges with the current treatment of clinical cases, and led to the new concept of bone block specific fixation, which promoted TriMed fixation system to clinical application.
