In order to improve the understanding of orthopedic sales staff and dealers on products, master the operation of orthopedic products and make everyone have an overall and macroscopic understanding of orthopedics,“The second session of TriMed orthopedic products technical training”organized by KingSung Medical group was held in Tianjin factory on June 22-23, 2019 successfully.

In this training, we invited manager Li Ruize, product manager of KingSung , and manager Zhang Jianhui, senior sales manager, to respectively explain the basic knowledge of orthopedics and introduce wrist, elbow, ankle, cannulated screws and other products. In addition, our company's senior sales representatives Fan Liujun and Sun Huijin were invited to serve as teaching assistants for the practical operation. Besides, senior distribution regional manager Yang Quanhe was invited to share the experience of "how to follow the surgery". The students actively participated in the experience and learned skills from the sharing.

In the morning of the second day (23rd), several lecturers, Li Ruize, Zhang Jianhui, Yang Quanhe, Fan Liujun, and Sun Huijin demonstrated the operation of TriMed products on various orthopedic problems of wrist, elbow and ankle.Each student listened very carefully, quickly familiar with the instruments, and actively operated. The site learning atmosphere was very warm.

In the afternoon, it was time to go to the final stage - the assessment, to reflect the training effect.The assessment was divided into three parts: wrist, elbow, forearm and ankle. Students were required to make reasonable explanations in the process of demonstration, and the instructor would give grades according to the actual situation.

After two days of study and assessment, every student had given satisfactory results and got their course-completion certificate. The training course had been successfully completed.
