KingSung Medical Semi-annual marketing work conference of 2019

From July 21, 2019, to July 22, KingSung Medical’s two-day semi-annual marketing conference of 2019 was held in Tianjin. Sales elites from all over the country gathered together to review the sales performance of the first half of the year, summarize marketing experience and discuss the work plan and its implementation for the second half of the year.


Surgical venue

First of all, three managers from national distribution, north and south district of direct selling introduced respectively the sales performance in the first half year and the sales plan in the second half year for two main products. Afterwards, the sales team specially shared and discussed the sales experience. Ms. Chen Siyan, executive vice president and director of surgical sales department affirmed the achievements of the surgical sales team in the first half of the year, and also put forward requirements and expectations for the work of the department in the second half of the year. Ms. Chen said that in the second half of the year, on the premise of ensuring the stable sales, the development and quantity increase of new hospitals will also be the focus of the surgical department, and the professional business ability of the sales staff will be gradually improved and the sales coverage of the whole country will be expanded.


Orthopedic Venue

As the most potential team of the group, Ms. Dai Danting, the director of the orthopedics department, conducted an in-depth analysis on the sales situation of the products in the first half of the year, and proposed that the sales strategy of the products in the second half of the year should be based on "breaking the ice" and "expanding the volume" as the pillar to lay a solid foundation and gradually achieve steady growth. Then, the members of the sales team brainstormed in groups, based on the sales strategy proposed by Ms Dai, combined with the uniqueness of the region and the hospital in charge, formulated the sales target for the second half of the year, improved the work plan, and reported the specific implementation methods.









Commendation Conference

During the conference, Ms. Liu Lina, President of the group, and director of the department of surgery and orthopedics, respectively presented awards to outstanding sales elites and teams of each business division in the first half of the year, and commended their work performance. We hope they can make persistent efforts and continue to create brilliant achievements in the second half of the year.





Birthday party in July

By virtue of this rare opportunity for the sales staff to gather together, the human resources department of the group specially prepared birthday cakes for the employees who celebrated their birthdays in July, and they all celebrated their birthdays together and gave out birthday gifts prepared in advance by the company.
