From July 22, 2019, to July 23, a two-day leadership training was held at the headquarters in Tianjin. The company has spared no effort to cultivate leading talents, and the management personnel were learning with great interest.
First of all, the training was led by Ms. Liu Lina, the President of the group, who delivered the speech of "KingSung medical development and organization and talents selection". Ms Liu mentioned that to achieve the strategy, we must do a good job in the promotion of organizational capacity and corporate culture inheritance. Every word is sonorous. In view of the selection criteria, Ms. Liu has a unique point of view. For middle managers, they must have three standard advantages, namely, positive value, specialization, performance orientation, let the result talk. The vice president and GM, Mr.Xue Ligang shared a speech with theme of “Cultivation and practice of professional thinking” The specialization was standardized from four aspects of team, learning, process and skills, including the aspects covered by specialization and how to build it, which brought vivid speeches to everyone present.
The "education and learning curve of professional managers" brought by Ms. Dai Danting, director of the department of orthopedics, opened a window for us to learn from different levels of learning fields, knowledge and skills as well as actual exercises.
The second part of the training was the golden course of "values and behaviors" brought by teacher Zhang Yuankun, which was also the core of the training. Zhang Yuankun is a special lecturer of China enterprise management training network, with more than ten years of group human resource management actual experience, and a senior lecturer. What he taught were all essence, making a vivid scene of "teachers and students".
